How does the subscription work?
Choose Monthly (₹399 for 30 days) or Yearly (₹799 for 365 days). One payment unlocks all premium features instantly.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) through Razorpay.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No, Sadhisu does not auto-charge. When your plan expires, you simply choose to renew manually. No surprise charges ever.
Is there a free trial?
We offer free sample content in every module so you can try before subscribing. Look for topics marked 'Free' in the app!
What if my payment fails?
You won't be charged for failed payments. Simply try again with the same or a different payment method.
Payment was deducted but subscription not activated?
Don't worry — our system automatically checks for such cases every hour and activates your subscription. If it's not activated within 2 hours, close and reopen the app. Still not working? Email us with your Payment ID (found in your UPI/bank app) and we'll resolve it immediately.
Will I be charged twice if I tap pay again?
No. Each payment attempt has a unique ID. Even if you tap multiple times, only one successful payment is processed and your subscription is activated only once.
How do I get a payment receipt?
Go to Settings and tap 'Purchase History' to view all payments and download invoices as PDF.
What happens when I renew?
Renewal extends your access from the current expiry date. If you renew before expiry, the new days are added — you never lose unused days!
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Only one device at a time. When you log in on a new device, the previous device gets logged out automatically.
Is there a refund policy?
We don't offer refunds for active subscriptions. If there's a billing issue or accidental charge, email us with your Payment ID and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy Delete Account for details.
